Connor is one of Word Forest's amazing volunteers. He's also a personal trainer and Team Captain and Assistant Coach at the Green Gazelles, the world's first vegan rugby team.
Simon West
Simon West
Simon is Chair of Trustees and co-founder of Word Forest. He's also Head of IT and a full-time volunteer. He's a passionate environmentalist and 6 years fully plant-based. Simon is currently training at the LED Partnership gyms and pools, preparing to swim a mile across Lake Windermere this summer as a fundraiser. His goal: create an acre of Permaculture Food Forest at a rural school in Kenya.
